BTR BOOKING POLICIES AGREED TO UPON REGISTRATION

BTR PRACTICE POLICIES APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You are responsible for the entire session fee if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You must confirm your appointment by responding to the reminder sent 24 hours before via text and/or email. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this will be considered a no-show unless we are able to fit you in later that day in the schedule. You will be charged a no-shows or late cancellations $65

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a scheduled session, you may lose some of that session time.

NO-SHOWS
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, we have the right to waive the session and charge you 100% of the session fee up to $150.

To comply with IRS Circular 230, professional ethics standards, and client confidentiality requirements, this collaborative session is not recorded.

These discussions may include confidential taxpayer informationprofessional judgment, and preliminary or evolving tax analysis. Recording or AI capture creates risks related to unauthorized storage, distribution, and misuse of information outside the scope of the client engagement.

✔️ Approved written summaries or agreed-upon action items may be provided following the session, when appropriate.

Participation in this session confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.
